Shipping and Returns

 

POSTAGE
All postage will be sent via the Royal Mail and can take 3-5 working days within the EU. International customers will receive their packages from Parcel Force. Pricing varies depending on the weight and size of your order.

For all international customers please allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.
 
PURCHASES 
All online purchases and delivery fees are in pounds sterling. All transactions are completely secure through PayPal or Stripe. This will require you to follow their register protocol but it will offer complete confidence in purchasing online. Once registered, you will see a padlock symbol on the bottom right (or URL bar) of your browser which ensures all transactions are secure and details will only be seen at normlbrand.co.uk.

 

The contract of purchase is only valid once the order has been dispatched.

 

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
normlbrand.co.uk is happy to exchange or offer a full refund on goods bought online within 7 days of receipt. If the garment(s) is unsuitabe please return the item(s) to us in immaculate condition with all swing tickets and tags attached alongside proof of purchase. We can only offer a credit note if goods are returned after the seven day period. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods being returned to normlbrand.co.uk via post until they reach us. Ensure that you use a delivery service that insures to the value of the garment and will be signed for on receipt. We cannot refund postage on returned goods.
